It is the most cost-effective method and saves construction time while catering to all Cleanroom requirements like modular wiring, provisions for FFU / HEPA filters, light fixtures, etc. Also available in PVC profiles.
NON-PROGRESSIVE CLEANROOM PARTITION PANELS:
Similar to Progressive panels in construction but with the added flexibility to change/modify the room layout at a later stage. The design allows addition/removal of wall panels doors, view panels and risers whenever & wherever required.
High-Pressure Laminate Cleanroom partition panels:
The use of Laminate instead of metal on the exterior skin provides a better, dent-resistive finish along with the added advantage of HPL sheets i.e. better sound attenuation properties, Non-corrosive and durable, ease of cleaning, little electrostatic build up no dust, etc. gathering amongst others.
Stainless Steel Cleanroom partition panels:
Similar to Progressive panels in design with the added advantages of Stainless Steel like better Aesthetic appeal, Corrosion resistance, Strength and exceptional hygienic properties.
Clean room doors:
We manufacture Single and double leaf clean room doors with all the necessary fittings like handles, mortise locks, push/kick plates, concealed tower bolts, drop seals, etc which adhere to all Clean- room requirements. These fit seamlessly with our other partition panels and are also customized for OEM applications.
